摘要
目的了解高危压疮的防范现状。方法对366例住院高危压疮的防范现状进行调查,分析防范主要缺陷。结果高危压疮患者的防范措施缺陷率达10.5%,其中Braden评分错误73例,占27.2%;翻身不妥66例,占24.6%;观察记录不规范63例,占23.5%;健康宣教不到位29例,占10.8%。结论高危压疮防范的缺陷率较高,管理层要落实改进措施,加强监控。
Objective To study the present situation of pressure sores prevention on high--rtsK patients. Method inves- tigate 366 cases of inpatients with high--risk pressure sores on present situation and analyze the main deficiency of preven- tion. Result Rate of prevention measures deficiency is 10. 5%, in which 73 cases have error on Braden score （27. 2%）, 66 cases have improper position turning method （24. 6%）, 63 cases have informal observation records （23. 5 %） and 29 cases have incomplete health education （10. 8%）. Conclusion Rate of prevention measures deficiency for high--risk pressure sores is high. Managers should improve the measures and enhance monitoring.
