摘要
高职高专院校由于办学资源供需不平衡、德育为先氛围不浓厚、学生人格品行不成熟、应急处理机制不完善、家庭社会教育不匹配等因素影响,导致学生突发事件频发。充分发挥辅导员事前防控、事中应对、事后总结全程处理学生突发事件的有效作用,对建设平安和谐校园、维护社会稳定、造福学生和家庭具有重大意义。
There are several factors affecting the frequency of students' emergencies in higher vocational colleges, such as the unbalance between supply and demand of educational resources; the thin atmosphere of "moral education first"; the immature personality of students; the imperfection of emergency response mechanism; and the mismatching between family and social education. It is significant to play the full role of the tutors effectively at whole process when dealing with students' emergencies including pre-emergency prevention and control, emergency response and post-emergency review, which is important to develop a secure and harmonious campus, maintain the social stability and benefit students and their family.
