摘要
为了完成对飞机机翼钢索传动装置的频率特性测试,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的频率特性测试仪的设计方法。介绍了该频率特性测试仪的硬件组成和软件结构,说明了扫频信号发生器的原理,详述了频率特性的计算方法。测试结果表明,该频率特性测试仪能够很好完成飞机机翼钢索传动装置的频率特性测试工作,操作方便,具有较好的实用性,可替代昂贵的国外进口频率特性测试设备。
In order to measure the frequency characteristic of the cable gearing in the airfoil, this paper presents a device of frequency characteristic test based on virtual instruments ,and introduces the hardware and software consisted of the device, and illustrates the theory of the sweep-frequency signal generator and the method of calculating the frequency characteristic . The result shows that the test instrument based on the platform can measure the frequency characteristic with facility operation and good practical applicability and can replace the imported instrument of frequency characteristic test with high price.
