摘要
目的:了解糖净宁颗粒的急性毒性及对高血糖小鼠血糖的影响。方法:给小鼠静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制高血糖模型,观察糖净宁颗粒对高血糖小鼠的影响;测定小鼠灌服给药的急性毒性。结果:糖净宁颗粒高、中剂量组可显著降低四氧嘧啶诱导的高糖血症小鼠血清糖水平,糖净宁颗粒灌服给药的最大给药量为48.62 g药材/kg。结论:糖净宁颗粒具显著的降糖作用,安全性好。
Objective： To investigate the acute toxicity and hypoglycemic effect of Tangjingning granules in mice. Methods： Diabetes model was established by alloxan in mice and the hypoglycemic effects were investigated after oral administration of Tangjingning granules, and the acute toxicity of Tangjingning granules was detected. Results： Tangjingning granules significantly reduced the leave of serum glucose in diabetic mice, and the maximum dose was 48.62 g/kg for mice in acute toxicity exper- iment. Conclusion： Tangjingning granules has hypoglycemic action, with favorable safety.
