摘要
分析了摆线齿锥齿轮切齿加工原理,确定了加工过程中齿轮、刀盘与摇台的相对位置和相对运动关系,建立了产形轮的数学模型。基于该原理和模型,在三维造型软件UG中实现了摆线齿锥齿轮切齿的加工仿真。将仿真得到的齿面模型与理论齿面进行比较,验证了加工仿真方法的正确性。
According to the analysis of the principle of epicycloidal bevel gears cutting processing, the relative position and the movement relation of cutter, cradle, work gear are confirmed in this paper. The model of generating gear is built. The simulation of gear cutting processing is realized based on the principle and module by the software of UG. By comparing the tooth surface model and the theo-retical tooth surface, the correctness of machining simulation method is verified.
