摘要
在有限元软件Hypermesh中建立了某乘用车有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA有限元软件对某轿车进行了100%的正面碰撞仿真分析。以降低碰撞中B柱加速度及前围侵入量为优化目标,对其主要吸能部件进行了结构改进,使该型车碰撞性能得到了提升。
A finite element model of passenger car was established in finite element software Hy- permesh. Then a 100% frontal collision simulation analysis was made using the finite element software LS-DYNA. In order to reduce the impact acceleration of B pillar and front wall invasion, the main en- ergy-absorbing component structure was improved. The simulation results show that the frontal colli- sion performance is improved
