摘要
温度控制半导体制冷利用帕尔帖效应进行温度控制,它具有体积小、重量轻、加热制冷灵活迅速、温控精度高、不需制冷剂,对环境无污染等优点.根据半导体制冷器(TEC)的物理特性分析了半导体制冷技术,设计出了半导体制冷器的驱动电路,通过PI调节器调节TEC电流的大小和方向,使TEC加热制冷灵活迅速的特点得到充分发挥.
The temperature control instrument with the semiconductor refrigeration is studied in this paper. It has a lot of advantages, such as small size, light weight, high sensitivity, no refrigerant and no pollution. According to the physical characteristics of the semiconductor refrigeration technology, a drive circuit of TEC is designed by PI control method, which makes full use of the characteristics for refrigerating and heating quickly.
