摘要 基于Autoform软件,讨论了汽车覆盖件参数化设计的方法,包括冲压方向、压料面、工艺补充面、等效拉延筋的生成方法。通过汽车行李箱板冲压成形过程仿真,得出可能出现的破裂、起皱等板料缺陷,调整压边力、等效拉延筋等工艺参数,使产品冲压成形工艺达到优化。结果表明,利用Autoform软件能快速地确定压边力大小,优化板料尺寸和形状,有利于减小产品研发周期、提高产品质量。 A method Of parametrization design for automobile panels based on Autoform soft- ware is discussed, which includes such generation methods as setting method for stamping direc- tion and design methods for binder surface, addendum and equivalent drawbead. Then some tech- nology parameters can be reset to adjust the blank holder force and equivalent drawbead for re- moving shape defects such as fractures and wrinkles based on simulation of the stamping process for automobile trunk plate so as to further optimize the process for stamping steel products. The re- suits show that the blank holder force can be determined quickly and both dimensions and shapes of plates can be optimized by Autoform software, which are helpful to shorten the period for devel- oping new products and improve the quality of products.
