摘要
依据部件单位工作时间费用(cost per operating unit of time,CPUT)随部件连续无维修工作时间的变化规律,可以确定部件最优定时维修间隔期。由多部件构成的复杂产品,需要对其各部件最优定时维修间隔期进行整合。根据产品各构成部件的可靠性重要度(reliability importance,RI),建立了复杂产品单位工作时间费用随产品连续无维修工作时间变化关系,获得了复杂产品最优定时维修间隔期。
According to the laws of components' unit expenses vary along with continuous non- maintenance time in working time, we can confirm the optimal timing maintenance intervals. We need to integrate optimal timing maintenance intervals of every components for some complex products. Based on the reliability importance(RI) of the product's components, we can establish the relationship for complex products' expenses vary along with continuous non-maintenance time in working time unit and obtain optimal timing maintenance intervals of complex products.
