摘要
昆虫病原索科线虫的性别是由其宿主体内血淋巴营养状况决定的,本研究从细胞遗传学水平探讨了这一特殊性别决定机制。以中华卵索线虫(Ovomermis sinensis)成虫期生殖腺为试验材料,采用秋水仙素处理和Giemsa染色法,对其进行染色体核型分析。结果显示,其单倍体数目n=6,二倍体数目2n=12,核型为2n=2x=3 m+3 sm,臂比值的变化范围为1.18~2.10,雌、雄线虫染色体数目一致,均未发现异形性染色体和随体。
The sex of mermithid nematodes is determined by host nutritional status. We observed the chromosome number of gamete and primary auxocyte in the nematode Ovornermis sinensis. The results showed that the chro- mosome numbers of haploid and diploid were 6 and 12, respectively; the karyotype formula is 2 n = 2x = 3 m + 3 sm; the arm ratio was in the range of 1.18-2.10. The chromosome numbers were identical between males and females, and no sex chromosomes and satellites were observed.
