摘要
损坏的斜齿圆柱齿轮的现场测绘存在螺旋角度测量不准确的问题,分析了运用压痕测量及铣床搭配挂轮法、模数公式、中心距等计算方法来精确地确定普通或变位斜齿轮螺旋角。并对各种方法的运用效果进行总结,对测绘人员运用选择方法有具体的参考意义。
There is a inaccurate problem for helical angle when the workers survey and draw the damaged cylindrical helical gear on the spot. In the paper,β angle of ordinary and profile shifted gear are determined accurately by the calculation methods of indentation survey, milling machine matching gear change method and module formula and center distance. The application results of several methods are summarized, which has reference sense for surveyors.
