摘要
控制棒驱动机构是核电厂反应堆的重要动作部件。根据反应堆控制棒控制系统的指令信号,对控制棒组件进行抽插或保持来实现反应堆启动、功率运行和停堆。通过控制棒驱动机构工作线圈有限元分析,提高浇注料平均导热系数,使得线圈传热得到明显改善,从而提高其安全可靠性,为控制棒驱动机构设计提供指导。
The control rod drive mechanism (CRDM) is an important action part of the nuclear power plant reactor. The CRDM shall be capable of withdrawing, inserting, or holding the position of the control rod assembly during reactor startup, power operation, and shutdown in response to signals from the reactor rod control system. Based on the finite element analysis of CRDM work coils, the heat transfer of the work coils is better to improve the safety and reliability of CRDM by increasing the average coefficient of thermal conductivity of the insulation and casting material. At the same time it provides the design guidance of CRDM.
