摘要
采用自由共聚的方法合成了一种温敏性水凝胶P(NIPA/AA-Na),分析不同质量分数凝胶的粘度在LCST温度以上和以下的变化情况,采用某普通凝胶灭火剂B和温敏性水凝胶对汽油油盘进行灭火试验,对灭火后残余凝胶的表面形态进行了SEM观察,发现大量连续孔状结构,通过辐射热探头和热电偶分别对灭火过程中的辐射热和温度变化进行采集,结果表明:在相同的供给强度下,温敏性水凝胶灭火剂灭火的降温速率和辐射热降低率都比普通凝胶B优越。
A thermosensitive hydrogel poly ( ( N-isopropy-laeryl- amide/Sodium acrylate) (P(NIPAm/AA-- Na)) were prepared by free radical polymerization methods. The gasoline fire were suppressed with hydrogel extinguishing agent B of Zhejiang U- niversity and the thermosensitive P(NIPAm/AA--Na) hydro- gel respectively. The extinguishing agent residual after the firefinghting were observed by SEM, massive porous structures were found in the P(NIPAm/AA--Na) hydrogel. Radiant heat and the temperature were recorded by several heat probes and thermocouples during extinguishing. It showed that cooling rate and reduce the rate of heat radiation of the thermosensitive hy- drogel ware better than the Gel B at the same practical rate of application.
