摘要 讨论了高度超过400m的地标性超高层建筑的特点和疏散、防火分区划分、消防供水等主要消防问题。介绍了针对性的消防措施,包括电梯辅助疏散;核心筒采用独立的防火分隔,机械加压,且增加一部疏散楼梯,仍按一个防火分区划分;设置高位水池进行重力供水,并利用市政供水和消防水泵接合器作为辅助消防水源。 The characteristics and main fire issues on evacuation, fire compartment, fire water supply, etc in super high-rise buildings were summarized. Soncle of the countermeasures were introduced. The lift was used to assist the evacuation. Core ar ea was treated as an individual fire compartment and pressur- ized, so it can be a fire compartment given an extra staircase. Gravity water supply by high pool was main fire water supply and was assisted by municipal water supply and pump adapter.
