摘要
维修业特别是民航维修业的经营和生产管理以工时为基础,而维修工作的复杂性和变动性,对工时采集的准确性、精细性造成了严重的影响。本文具体分析了民航维修工作自身的特点,以及维修工作过程中工时采集的方式,并总结规律提出软件开发方案,对不断完善工时采集的体系性和精确性是非常重要的。
Management of civil aviation maintenance is based on manhour. Complexity of aircraft structure and related systems together with the various work arrangement and the realtime revised plan lead to difficulty of manhour acquisition. This thesis analyzes the character of aviation maintenance, summarizes the methods of manhour acquisition, and brings up the project of the acquisition software, which is of very important significance to improve its system and accuracy.
