摘要 以全平衡双驱动三环减速器的少齿差内啮合齿轮副为研究对象,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中应用APDL语言进行精确的参数化建模,并以此为基础对齿轮副进行显式动力学分析。同时对少齿差内啮合齿轮副进行齿廓修形,使轮齿啮合状况得到了改善。 Taking the internal meshing gears with small tooth number difference in three-ring gear reducer with fully balanced and dual drive as the research object, precise parametric models were established, and then explicit dynamic analysis were carded out by using APDL language in ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Meanwhile, profile modification on internal meshing gears with small tooth number difference was done. By profile modification, meshing status are improved.
