摘要
加强社会化媒体环境下的危机管理对众多企业而言意义重大,对危机诱因的把握和观测将有助于企业有效应对危机。社会化媒体环境下企业危机诱因指标体系的构建基于扩散性危机诱因、直接性危机诱因和潜在性危机诱因。危机的形成是多种危机诱因共同作用、彼此影响的结果。
Crises management under socialized media environment has become a big challenge to many corporations, and the understanding and prediction of crises cause have benefit to responding crises effectively. The inducement index system construction of enterprises crisis under the socialized media environment is based on invasive crisis inducement, the direct crisis inducement and potential crisis inducement. The formation of crisis is result of many crisis incentives working together and influencing each other.
