摘要
目的:观察壮药三草止泻方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床效果。方法:将46例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服壮药三草止泻方治疗;对照组口服匹维溴铵治疗。结果:治疗组有效率达90.4%,优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);主要症状体征比较,两组治疗前后自身对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间相比,治疗组腹痛、腹胀和大便性状的值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮药三草止泻方是治疗腹泻型IBS的有效方,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective：To observe the effect of Zhuang Yao Sancao Zhixie Decoction in treating diarrhea -predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods ：46 patients were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group was treated with Zhuang Yao Sancao Zhixie Decoction ; control group was treated with Pinaverium bromide. Results ： The effective rate of treatment group reached 90.4% , was superior to the control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the main symptoms and signs in comparison, the comparison before and after treatment in two groups, there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ） between the two groups, the treatment group ; abdominal pain, abdominal distension and stool were lower than that in the control group, the difference has significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Zhuang Yao Sancao Zhixie Decoction in treatment of diarrhea - predominant IBS is effective, it is worthy of further study and promotion.
