发射药燃气预估专家系统的研究与开发

摘要 依据燃气质量守恒和化学平衡,结合高温高压下三项截断维里方程建立了发射药膛内真实燃烧模型,并构造反应过程推导出燃气热力学性质偏差函数表达式。在建立的发射药膛内真实燃烧模型的基础上,应用Visual Basic和MS SQL Server技术相结合开发得到枪炮发射药燃气组成及热力学性质预估专家系统(GPES)。该系统可依据知识库,通过推理机推理来预估指定配方下发射药燃气组成及热力学性质,并可在燃气组分分析的结果上进一步得到该配方发射药的能量特性。用户可通过GPES便捷地进行知识管理和约束条件下配方优化等操作。GPES预估结果的准确性经实测数据验证,对发射药配方研究和设计工作具有一定的应用意义。 A reasonable combustion model in chamber was built with three-term truncated virial equation in high temperature and pressure, besides quality conservation and chemical equilibrium. Thermodynamic property expression in the form of departure functions of the gas was gained by constructing the reaction process. Based on the reasonable combustion model in chamber built, an expert system for predicting gas composition and thermodynamic property of gun propellant (GPES) was established by combining Visual Basic and MS SQL Server together. The main function of GPES is to estimate gas composition and thermodynamic parameters with a certain formula by inference machine, based on knowledge database. With the result of gas component analysis before, the energy characteristics of the propellant could be also obtained. Furthermore, GPES also has functions of knowledge management and formula optimization with constraints. Its effectiveness is demonstrated by expen'imental results, which means it is of certain significance on gun propellant research and formula designing.
