摘要
本文基于新新贸易理论的分析框架,以Melitz(2003)的企业异质性模型和Ahn et al.(2011)的贸易中间商模型为基础,引入生产商与贸易中间商之间的议价能力系数,就资产专用性、合约环境对企业出口模式选择的影响进行理论分析,并采用服装、鞋业、计算机、手机行业内的8位海关HS编码企业层面的出口数据进行实证分析。结果表明:与资产专用性高的行业相比,资产专用性低的行业更倾向于借助贸易中间商出口而非选择企业直接出口;同时,出口目标国合约环境的完备程度与出口对贸易中间商的依赖程度呈反比,且与资产专用性低的行业相比,资产专用性较高行业的出口模式选择对目标国合约环境的完备程度更为敏感。
Under the analytical framework of the New New trade theory, this thesis analyzes the influence of asset specificity and contractual environment on the Choice of Finns' Export Patterns by introducing of the bargaining power coefficient between the manufacturers and trade intermediaries based on firm heterogeneity model of Melitz (2003) and the trade intermediary's model of Ahn et al. (2011). Meanwhile, this thesis does an empirical analysis by using finn-level export data of clothing, footwear, computers and mobile phones industries. The results showed that compared to the industries with high asset specificity, the firms in the industries with low asset specificity tend to export by trade intermediaries, but not direct export themselves; At the same time, the completeness level of the destination country's contractual environment is be inversely proportional to the dependence of the export trade intermediaries, and compared to the industries with low asset specificity, the export patterns of the firms in industries with high asset specificity is more sensitive to the completeness level of the destination country's contractual environment.
