摘要
对现有的轧钢机传动系统进行了结构改进,并设计校核出了具体数据,减小了减速箱体积,降低了成本,并且传动件的寿命和承载能力也得到了显著提高。为同类产品传动系统的改进提供了有价值的参考。
A New Structure of transmission system of Rolling mill is designed. Also clear parameters are designed and checked. The transmission-gear box is reduced, thus cost is lowered. The service life of transmission parts is prolonged and carrying capacity is increased. It provides a valuable reference for improving transmission system in same kind of mechanism.
