摘要
对3类具体的多自由度机械机构进行了分析,并重点分析了开环多自由度机构。根据具体结构建立了物理模型,对物理模型进行分析建立了数学模型。应用Pro/E软件进行了仿真。这为多自由度机械机构合理设计提供了方法和依据。从而可达到降低生产成本、缩短研制周期、提高质量等目的。
Three kinds of multi-degree of freedom mechanisms are analyzed in this paper, and the open-loop multi-degree of freedom mechanisms are analyzed concretely. Physical model type is built up according to the concrete structure, and the mathematical model is built up by analyzing physical model. Simulation is carried on in the Pro/Engineer software, this provided methods for the design of multi-degree of freedom mechanisms. This can attain to the purposes such as lower production cost, shorter developing period and higher quality.
