摘要
以2,3,3’,4’-联苯四甲酸二酐(a-BPDA)为二酐,以3,4’-二氨基二苯醚(3,4’-ODA)和间苯二胺(m-PDA)为混合二胺,并以邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)封端,采用高温一步法制备了4种不同分子量的具有扭曲分子主链结构的热塑性聚酰亚胺(TPIs)。并对此系列热塑性聚酰亚胺的热性能、熔体黏度及机械性能进行了一系列的考察。研究发现,TPI-B树脂具有良好的综合性能:Tg为305℃,在380℃熔体黏度为6970Pa.s,拉伸强度为62MPa,弯曲模量为135MPa,兼具高Tg及良好的加工性能。
Abstract A series of thermo-plastic polyimide (TPIs), having four different molecular weights, which were derived from 2,3 ', 3,4 '-biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, 1,3-benzenediamine, 3,4'-oxydianiline and end-capped by phthalic anhydride,were prepared. The thermal properties,melt viscosities and mechanical properties of the TPI-B were studied. The investigated results showed that the TPI-B had the best comprehensive properties,its glass transition temperature was 305℃ ,the melt viscosity at 380℃ was 6970 Pa . s, and the tensile strength was 62 MPa, the flexural strength was 135 MPa. The TPI-B had a high Tg as well as good processability.
