摘要 为了改善中东地区燥热环境中混凝土早期开裂严重的问题,本文通过掺加聚丙烯纤维、超吸水树脂、喷洒减蒸剂等措施,试图降低新浇筑混凝土的早期开裂风险。平板试验结果显示,混凝土中复掺聚丙烯纤维和超吸水树脂、在新浇筑混凝土表面喷洒减蒸剂,改善混凝土早期开裂作用显著。 To improve the serious early cracking of concrete in the hot and dry environment in the Middle East, the risk of early cracking of fresh concrete was tried to reduce by mixed polypropylene fiber, super absorbent polymer in concrete mixture or spraying water evaporation retardant on the surface of cast concrete. The results of plate test show that early cracking risk can be reduced significantly by mixed polypropylene fiber and super absorbent polymer together in concrete, as well as spraying water evaporation retardant on fresh concrete surface.
