摘要
本文讨论了真菌顺序四分子在研究基因重组方面的主要优点,并对借用真菌顺序四分子分析原理来对高等植物小孢子四分体进行类似遗传分析的可能性作了探讨。
In this paper the auther discussed the meaning that the tetrad analysis offungus was used to study the gene recombination, and suggested the possibilitythat the genetic analysis similar to fungus' in the microspore tetrad of highplants was done by the of fungns ordered tetrad analysis theory.
