可缩性井壁接头的竖向稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 当作用在井壁上的竖向附加力达到一定值时,可缩性井壁接头便产生压缩变形,使积聚在井壁内的竖向应力得以释放,从而可防止井壁破坏。采用ANSYS有限元软件对祁南二矿箕斗井的可缩性井壁接头竖向稳定性进行计算分析,即接头的特征值屈曲分析和非线性屈曲分析。计算结果表明:可缩性井壁接头发生竖向失稳的临界荷载为24.42 MPa,而其竖向极限承载力为20.30MPa,由此可见该可缩性井壁接头不会发生竖向失稳破坏,竖向极限承载力即为设计计算的控制荷载。 When additive vertical force acting on shaft lining reaches certain value, compression deformation oc- curs on reducible joint, so that vertical stress in shaft lining releases and the shaft lining is protected against dam- age. The finite element software ANSYS was used to calculate and analyze stability of reducible joint in skip shaft of QINAN No. 2 Coal Mine, in which eigen value buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis were per- formed. The calculation results showed that critical load of reducible joint vertical instability is 24.42MPa, while the vertical ultimate bearing capacity is 20.30MPa. The results proved that vertical instability on the reducible joint does not occur, and the vertical ultimate bearing capacity is designed control load.
