摘要
德育课程教学是中职德育教育的主渠道,调查研究发现,中职学校德育课程教学中存在着学校重视不够、教学方式单一、教学实效性较差等诸多问题。中职学校应加强对德育教育和教学的重视,建立和健全德育教育教学督导机制;德育教师应更新教育教学理念,采用适合学生的教学方法进行教学;扩大德育教育的主体,建立全面合理的德育考核评价体系和机制,提高学校德育教育教学的效果。
Moral teaching is the main channel of the moral education in vocational schools. Researches found that the vocational schools paid insufficient attention to moral teaching with single teaching methods and poor teaching effectiveness,etc. Vocational schools should put more emphasis on moral education, and set up and perfect moral education supervision mechanism; the moral teachers should update teaching philosophy; adopt proper teaching methods; expand the subject of moral education; establish a comprehensive and rational moral education appraisal system and mechanisms to improve the effect of moral teaching.
