摘要
逐年增多的高职生人身伤害事故严重影响到高校的安全、稳定以及正常的教学活动,阻碍了高校的改革与发展。通过厘清高校人身伤害事故概念理论,辨析高校与学生的法律关系,明确高校学生人身伤害事故中的责任归属,探究高职生人身伤害事故的预防和处理机制。
The increasing personal injury accidents have a serious impact on the university＇s security, stability and the normal teaching activities. What＇ s worse, the accidents hinder the reform and development of colleges. This paper attempts to clarify the concept of personal injury accidents, analyzes the legal relationship between col- leges and students and clarifies the ascription of liability in personal injury accident. The prevention and handling mechanisms about the accidents are also explored in the paper.
