摘要
二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠是国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、美国食品和药物管理局准许用于制糖工艺的次直接食品添加剂,国内有应用性能方面的专项研究,用于甘蔗制糖过程中的压榨消毒杀菌,能有效抵制细菌繁殖,减少由此带来的糖分损失等问题,但未进行系统的使用安全性评估。本文着重介绍其在制糖工艺体系中的分解、残留情况。
Sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate was secondary direct food additive permitted in sugar-making technology by Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Its application performance in domestic special research was made, and was used for disinfection and sterilization during sugar milling process to inhibit the growth of bacterial effectively and to reduce the loss of sugar. But systematic safety assessment of application has not made. This article highlights its decomposition and residue in sugar-making technology.
