摘要
介绍了丁烯水合工艺和液力透平技术,提出将液力透平技术用于丁烯水合工艺的技术方案。根据上述工艺技术特点,设计了工艺流程简图。通过计算与分析,结果表明:将液力透平用于丁烯水合工艺,与电机驱动相比,节能效果明显,约1.4年可以回收投资成本。液力透平技术用于丁烯水合工艺可行性强,应尽快得到应用。
Butylene hydration process and hydraulic turbine were introduced. The hydraulic turbine technology for butylene hydration process was put forward. According to the technical characteristics, the process flow diagram was designed. Calculation and analysis results showed that the hydraulic turbine for butylene hydration, compared with the motor drive, the energy conservation effect was obvious and the investment cost could be recovered in about 1.4 years. Hydraulic turbine technology for butylene hydration process feasibility was strong, which should be applied as soon as possible.
