摘要
在水中硒含量的测定过程中,用铜-铁混合基体改进剂,可以减少化学干扰,以及灰化过程中的挥发损失,并提高灰化温度。同时,避免了常用的基体改进剂镍的污染及记忆效应,对硒的吸光度呈增感作用,提高测定灵敏度,减少背景干扰。该方法的加标回收率在95%~102%之间。
During the process of determining the content of water selenium, using copper-iron mixed matrix modifier, may reduce chemical interference and the volatilization loss of dissolven during ashing process,and ashing temperature can be enhanced. At the same time,avoid the contamination and memory effect of nickel being used as common matrix modifier, temperature curve of ashing, absorbancy of selenium assume intensifying sensibilization, sensitivity of test is improved, and reduce background interference. Add mark recovery rate is around 95 %-102 % by using that method.
