摘要
目的 观察全氟化碳 (PFC)对兔肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM )吞噬功能及产生过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )能力的影响。方法 健康新西兰白兔放血处死后通过全肺灌洗获取AM ,分为对照组和实验组 ,实验组AM暴露于全氟萘烷(FDC) ,观察两组AM的吞噬功能及产生H2 O2 的能力。结果 FDC能明显降低AM的吞噬率、吞噬指数和产生H2 O2 的能力。结论 FDC能干扰AM的正常功能 。
OBJECTIVE The effects of perfluorocarbon on phagocytic function and hydrogen peroxide production of rabbit alveolar macrophages were studied.METHODS Alveolar marophages were obtained from New Zealand white rabbit by total lung lavage after sacrifice,and divided into control and experimental groups.Alveolar macrophages in the experimental group were exposed to perfluorodecalin.The phagocytic function and hydrogen peroxide production of two groups were measured.RESULTS The phagocytic rate,phagocytic index and hydrogen peroxide production of alveolar macrophages were significantly decreased by perfluorodecalin.CONCLUSIONS Perfluorodecalin could interfere with the function of rabbit alveolar macrophages,and decrease the ability of pulmonary host to defense against microorganisms.
