神经节苷酯三阴交穴位注射对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者尿流动力学的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察神经节苷酯三阴交穴位注射对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者尿流动力学的影响。方法将已脱离脊髓休克期的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各20例。试验组采用神经节苷酯三阴交穴位注射加基础康复治疗的方法,对照组采用基础康复治疗,28 d为1个疗程,2个疗程为1个评价周期,采用Delphistm型尿动力分析系统对两组治疗前后尿流动力学指标进行测定。结果两组治疗后残余尿量均呈减少趋势,分别为(117.1±16.6)mL和(136.5±25.3)mL;两组治疗后膀胱容量呈增加趋势,分别为(323.0±24.5)mL和(303.1±12.8)mL,其中试验组上述指标改善的幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷酯三阴交穴位注射对神经源性膀胱患者的部分尿流动力学指标有积极的影响,有助于在膀胱功能训练的基础上减少膀胱残余尿量及增加膀胱容量,值得进一步深入研究。 Objective To observe the effects of GM1 injection at Sanyinjiao acu-point on uro- dynamic indicators in neurogenic bladder patients caused by spinal cord injury. Methods 40 pa- tients out of spianl shock period were randomly divided into control group and test group with 20 cases in each group. Control group was treated with basic rehabilitative training while test group was treated with GM1 Sanyinjiao acu-point injection plus basic rehabilitative training. A treat- ing course was 28 days and an evaluation cycle was 2 courses. Urodynamic indicators were tesed by Delphistm urodynamic analysis system before and after treatment. Results After treatment the residual urine volumes in test group and (136.5±25.3). After treatment the bladder creased to (323.0±24.5) and (303.1±12.8). control group respectively decreased to (117.1±16.6) and capacity in test group and control group respectively in- The changes of these indicators in test group were moresignificant than in control group; the differences had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion On the basis of the basic rehabilitative training, GMl Sanyinjiao acu-point injection can im- prove some urodynamic indexes as it can decrease the residual urine volume and increase the bladder capacity. It is worth further study.
