摘要
随着动力载荷的增多,关于传感器动态性能的研究显得越来越重要,而自由振动是传感器振动问题的基础,本文主要分析六维力传感器弹性体的自由振动.文章思路为将传感器整体分解为几个独立的弹性体(矩形薄板和圆环薄板)分别进行研究.文中采用瑞利-里兹法和分离变量法对矩形薄板的自由振动进行理论分析,得到其固有频率及振型的近似解.根据Bessel方程及Bessel函数的性质,求解圆环薄板的自由振动.采用MATLAB软件对求得的解析结果进行仿真,仿真结果与实际振动情况相符合.
With the increase of dynamic loads, studies about dynamic characteristics of force sensors be- come more and more important. And free vibration is the basis for studying the vibration problems of force sensors. This paper is to decompose the sensor into several elastomers and research them respec- tively. The Rayleigh-Ritz method and the separation of variables are used to have a theoretical analysis of free vibration of the rectangular thin plate and geting the approximate solution of the natural frequencies and associated mode shapes. The free vibration analysis of the annular plate is also researched according to the nature of Bessel functions and Bessel equations. At last, the MATLAB is adopted to simulate the analytical results. Comparrison between the simulated diagrams and the actual situation, that they are very close.
