摘要
分析了国外矿业大国矿山安全管理与标准化体系成就和发展,结合我国现阶段安全生产标准化的发展情况进行了详尽论述。简要介绍了实施安全生产标准化工作的必要性,进而提出了在我国推进安全生产标准化建设的目的及意义。并针对安全标准化实施过程中存在的偏差和局限性等问题,提出了分级培训、建立内部数据信息平台和全面提升安全标准化考评评定标准等方面的建议。
Combined with the safety production standardization development of our country at this stage,the paper analyzes and discusses the achievements and development of safety management and standardization system in foreign large mining country.The paper briefly introduces the necessity of the implementation of safety production standardization work,and then puts forward the purpose and meaning in China to promote the construction of safety standardization.And for the biases and limitations of implementing safety standardization,the paper submits up a suggestion of classification training,the establishment of the internal data information platform,and recommendations to enhance the safety standardization evaluation assessment standards.
