摘要
目的探讨远达性视网膜病变的临床表现、治疗及预后。方法对我院2005年1月至2012年3月收治5例(7只眼)由于头部或胸腹部外伤后引起本病患者进行回顾性分析,观察患者经药物治疗后眼底改变及视力预后。结果 5例(7只眼)视力均有不同程度的提高,晚期均出现不同程度的视神经萎缩。视网膜病变累及黄斑或视神经周围受损明显者预后视力较差。结论远达性视网膜病变及时行药物治疗后可有效提高视力,但视力提高程度与视网膜损伤部位及程度有关,黄斑及视神经受损明显者预后较差。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of Purtscher＇s traumatic reti- nopathy. Methods A retrospective analysis on 5 patients （7 eyes） that were diagnosed with Purtscher＇s traumatic retinopa- thy and were admitted to Qingdao No. 8 People＇s Hospital between January 2005 to March 2012. The original trauma was in the head, chest or abdomen. The fundus changes and the visual acuity outcomes were reviewed. Results After treatments visual acuity improved in all 7 eyes, but all of these eyes developed some degree of optic atrophy. The visual acuity out- come was worse in the eyes that foveomacular and/or surrounding area was involved. Conclusion Prompt medical and/or surgical intervention can effectively improve the visual acuity of Purtscher＇s traumatic retinopathy. But ff foveomacular area or optic nerve was damaged, the visual acuity prognosis is poor.
