摘要
本文在调研德国、日本和台湾最具代表性的应用型公共科研机构的基础上,分析了这些国家和地区海外研发机构发展模式,以期为推进我国科研体制改革、促进新型科研机构建设、增强科研机构创新活力提供借鉴。
Based on the research on the representative application-oriented public scientific research institutes, the paper anatyzes the development model of overseas R＆D institutions, hoping to promote the reform on scientific research system and the establishment of new scientific research institutions, and enhance the ability of innovation of scientific research institutions in China.
