钝顶螺旋藻两个不同生态种藻胆蛋白抗癌作用的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨鄂尔多斯高原碱湖钝顶螺旋藻S1藻胆蛋白的抗癌作用,并与Chad湖钝顶螺旋S2的进行比较。方法:用MTT法分别测定螺旋藻藻胆蛋白对人肝癌细胞(HepG-2)及人胃癌细胞(MGC-823)的生长抑制作用。结果:S1、S2的藻胆蛋白对HepG-2的生长抑制率分别为67.6%、8.1%。S1与空白对照组间呈极显著性差异(P<0.01),S2与空白对照组差异显著(P<0.05);S1与S2差异极显著(P<0.01)。S1和S2的藻胆蛋白对MGC-823的生长抑制率分别为68.8%、62.5%。S1、S2与空白对照组间均差异显著(P<0.01);S1与S2间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:S1的藻胆蛋白对HepG-2的生长抑制作用大于S2;S1和S2对MGC-823的生长均有抑制作用且效果相同。 Objective:To investigate anticancer effect of Spirulina platensis from alkaline lakes in Erdos Plateau ( S1 ) and compare with S. platensis from Chad lakes ( S2 ). Methods: Using MTF to measure the growth inhibition effect of phycobiliprotein in S1 and S2 to HepG-2 and MGC-823 in 67.6% and 8.1% respectively. S1 showed significant difference to control group(P〈0.01 ). S2 and control group were significantly (P〈0.05). There was significant between S1 and S2(P〈0.01 ). The growth inhibition rate of phycobiliprotein in S1 and S2 to MGC- 823 were 68.8% and 62.5% respectively. S1 and S2 were significant difference to control group( P〈0.01 ). There was no significant difference between S1 and S2(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The growth inhibition rate of the phycobiliprotein in S1 to the HepG-2 was greater than S2,S1 and S2 were same to MGC-823.
