[ Objective and Method ] The project aims to investigate the species composition, infection condition and parasitic characteristics of parasites of Perca fluviatilis Linnaeus in Ergis River (China) by the ascertainment method of fish parasites. By the means of routine methods of fish parasites research, we autopsied 171 Perca fluviatilis Linnaeus. [ Result] The result showed that 8 species of parasites were: Ancyrocephalus percae Eegens, Trematoda larva, Diplostomulum sp, Triaenophorus Camallanus Lacustris, Pomphorhynchus laevis sp, Argulus ellipticaudatus, Lerraea eyprina cea sp. [ Conclusion] Diplostomulum sp. and Triaenophorus Rudolphi larva infection rates were 32.75% and 10. 53%, respectively. They were the core species in the parasite community of Perca fluviatilis. The Diplostomulum sp. was not infected in host populations of less than I0 cm in body length and it displayed the aggregation distribution in the body longer than 10 cm in the host communities. Triaenophorus Rudolphi larva sp. showed random distribution in host populations of the body length of less than 10 cm, and aggregated distribution was shown in host populations whose body was longer than 10 cm.
