摘要
【目的】库尔勒香梨叶面积是研究香梨生长发育状况的重要指标,但在测定中工作量大而且精度难以保证,通过两种测定方法的对比,取得一种简便、快速、正确估算的简易测定方法。【方法】通过叶面积仪及剪纸称重法两种方法,利用数理统计法对香梨叶片指标进行回归分析,建立估算的数学方程。【结果】在叶面积仪法及剪纸法两种方法下,香梨叶面积与叶主脉长、叶宽及长宽乘积都存在高度的正相关关系,并建立了叶主脉长、叶宽与叶面积的线性回归方程,分别为Y=3.007 X1+5.718 X2-20.119和Y=2.973 X1+6.026 X2-19.434,主脉长与叶面积的幂函数方程分别为Y=2.235X1.348和Y=2.592X1.307。【结论】考虑野外生产实际中测量操作的便利性及精确性,在库尔勒香梨叶面积估算中可直接利用幂函数回归方程来求算叶面积,测量叶片的主脉长后用叶形指数来估测,基本可满足叶面积测定的精度要求。
[ Objective ] Korla Pear leaf area is an important indicator for studying the amount of work makes methods, to obtain a growth and a large it difficult to guarantee accuracy. This project aims, through the comparison of the two simple, rapid and accurate measurement method to predict or estimate its yield. [ Method ] Weighing and paper - cutting are two methods used to conduct regression analysis of pear leaves indicators, and establish an estimated mathematical equation. [ Result] The two methods : pear leaf meter and paper cutting tells us that the pear leaf area is positively related to midrib length, leaf width and length. Also, a linear regression equations about the midrib length, width and the area was established: Y = 3. 007 X1 5. 718 X2 -20. 119 and Y = 2. 973 X1 6. 026 X2 - 19. 434 and the main vein length and leaf area power function equations were Y = 2. 235 X^1.348 Y = 2. 592 X1.307. [ Conclusion] In view of the convenience and accuracy of the production of the actual measurement operation in the field, in the Korla Pear leaf area estimate The direct use of the power function regression equation can be used to estimate the Korla Pear leaf area and measure its midrib length. After that, these indexes can be used for further estimation, which basically meets the accuracy requirements of the research work into the leaf area.
