摘要
目的 :探讨实验性肝癌中c-fos基因的表达及其意义。方法 :采用二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝癌模型 ,应用核酸原位分子杂交和细胞图像分析技术 ,检测肝癌细胞c -fos基因的表达。结果 :肝癌细胞胞浆中c -fos基因呈阳性表达 ,c -fos基因表达的强度差异与癌周肥大细胞数量变化呈平行一致关系 (P <0 0 5 ) ,癌巢周围组织及正常肝组织c -fos基因呈阴性。结论 :c -fos基因与肝癌的发生、发展密切相关 ,肝癌细胞c -fos基因表达强度是影响癌周肥大细胞数量变化的相关因素之一。
OBJECTIVE:To study the expression of c-fos gene in experimental hepatocarcinoma and its significance. METHOD:A model of hepatocarcinoma was induced by diethylnitrosamine(DENA)in rats.The expression of c-fos gene was determined by hybridization in situ and cell imaging analysis techniques.RESULTS:The results showed a positive expression c-fos gene in form of blue purple granules. The reaction intensity of c-fos gene in cytoplasm of the hepatocarcinoma cells was a parallel to the amount of mast cells surrounding the tumor nodules(P<0 05),The liver tissue around the carcinoma nodules and normal liver tissue showed a negative reaction of c-fos gene.CONCLUSION: The c-fos gene was closely correlated with the development of hepatocarcinoma in rats.The expression intensity of c-fos gene in hepatocarcinoma cells may be a correlative factor affecting the amount of mast cells in the surrounding hepatocarcinoma.
