表现为进行性痴呆的直窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘一例 被引量：6

摘要 患者女,55岁。2012年3月21日,因＂进行性记忆力减退、行为异常3个月＂入院。患者于3个月前无明显诱因出现记忆力减退,表现为遗忘常用数字,短期记忆下降,逐渐出现反应迟钝,意识淡漠,大小便失禁,不认识配偶、子女,并发生出门走失的情况,遂到当地医院就诊。头部MRI平扫显示双侧丘脑区T2高信号（图1a）,提示局部脑水肿,矢状位未见直窦显影。脑电图可见慢波,为轻度异常脑电图。脑脊液压力正常（140 mmH2O）,脑脊液常规、生化检查未见异常。
