摘要
利用14对多态明显、条带清晰的烟草SSR引物,对25份烟草种质资源进行亲缘关系与遗传多样性分析.在14个SSR位点上,共检测到97个等位基因,平均每对引物等位基因数为6.9个.引物的多态信息量(PIC)值为0.53-0.815,鉴别能力良好.25份烟草种质间的遗传相似系数(GS)为0.701-0.959,平均值为0.787.聚类分析表明,25份普通烟草种质间的遗传差异与其品种特性、调制类型、地理来源的差异没有必然联系,但能较好地反映烟草种质间亲缘关系的远近.
To investigate the genetic diversity of tobacco germplasms, 25 common cultivated tobacco varieties were amplified by 14 pairs of clear and pelymorphic SSR (simple sequence repeat) primers. There were 97 alleles in total, and the average value per primer was 6.9 alleles. The PIC (polymorphism information content) values of primers ranged from 0.53 to 0.815, with good identi- fication ability. The genetic similarity coemcients (GS) among 25 tobacco germplasms were 0.701 -0.959, the average value was 0.787. The result of cluster analysis indicated that there was no direct correlation between genetic difference and its variety charac- teristics, modulation types, geographical origins of 25 tobacco germplasms, but preferably reflected the genetic relations of cultivated tobacco germplasms.
