多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗同步放疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗同步放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选择2009年5月至2011年5月我院收治的60例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,对照组30例患者给予多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗序贯放疗治疗,研究组30例患者给予多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗同步放疗治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者的近期客观有效率明显优于对照组,研究组患者食管炎和放射性肺炎的发生率高于对照组。结论与西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗序贯放疗治疗相比,多西紫杉醇/顺铂化疗同步放疗治疗具有良好的临床效果,虽然副反应相应地增加,但在患者耐受范围内。
