摘要
中国城市住宅中,邻居间距压缩至极限的集合住宅占绝大多数,以致城市建成区人口密度达到日本城市两倍左右,造成各种资源供不应求,在购物、旅行、商务活动中因排队等候而额外支付时间。根据2005年城市公交、铁路客运量,学校、医院服务人次估算的等候时间,累计折合经济代价达数百亿之巨。仅北京、广州、上海三城市交通拥堵成本合计一年(2009年)就超过千亿元。大量交通事故造成巨额经济损失。居住过密还带来安全、环境、社会方面的代价。城市化道路必须反思。
In China,condominium that the spacing of the different residentia has been compressed to the limit of small is vast majority of the urban housing.the population density in the urban built-up area is about twice of Japanese cities, causing a variety of resources have been in short supply all the time. People have to pay the additional queuingtime in their line up or waiting everywhere. According to 2005 statistics, the time wasted in schools and hospitals equivalent to more than 500 billion yuan. Only three cities of Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, traffic congestion costs more than one hundred billion yuan one year ( 2009 ) . A large number of traffic accidents led to huge economic losses. Over-intensive housing result to additional cost of safety, environmental and social. the way of Chinese urbanization must rethink.
