摘要
高校的道德教育和法制教育是相辅相成的,必不可少的,法制所要求的,必定是道德所提倡的;法制所禁止的,也是道德所谴责的。道德教育与法制教育是高校思想政治教育的两项重要内容,是高校培养的两项重要指标,因此要把道德教育与法制教育紧密结合起来,使二者有机统一。本文通过分析大学生的道德教育和法制教育的现状,对加强高校道德教育和提高大学生法律意识进行了探讨。
Moral education and legal education in college is complement and indispensable each other,law required,which must be moral advocate;law forbidden,which the morality accuses.Moral education and legal education are important aspects of the ideological and political education,which are also important indexes of universities,Therefore,moral education and legal education must be closely together and unity.This paper analyses the status of moral education and legal education of college students and discusses how to strengthen college moral education and improve the legal consciousness of college students.
