摘要
近年来大批生源涌入城市,导致农村大量希望小学闲置,造成严重的资源流失和浪费。本文分析了闲置校舍存在的原因并提出了有效利用闲置校舍资产的三种改造途径。同时针对实施改造提出了建议。
In recent years, a large number of students pouring into cities, led to the large number of rural primary schools of hope idle, causing serious loss of resources and wasted. This paper analyzes the the idle premises reasons proposed three transformation pathway for the effective use of idle premises assets. Put forward recommendations for the implementation of the transformation.
