摘要
应用AVL-BOOST软件,建立一款3缸增压中冷汽油发动机的热力学仿真分析模型,分别研究了气门型线各要素对该发动机性能的影响,通过计算结果的比较,找到了最合理的气门型线,使发动机性能达到最优。同时,通过型线各要素对性能影响敏感度的比较,总结出同类发动机气门型线匹配的方法。
A thermodynamic simulation model of 3-cylinder turbo-charged intercooling gasoline engine is constructed using the AVLBOOST software in this paper. The effect of valve profile parameters on engine performance is investigated. The reasonable valve profile is found by comparing calculation results to optimize engine performance. Meanwhile, the valve profile matching method of similar engines is summarized by analyzing the effect of profile parameters on performance sensitivity.
