摘要
党的十八大指出:"建设社会主义文化强国,必须走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路"。坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,要以满足人民精神文化需求为出发点和落脚点,坚持文化发展为了人民、文化发展依靠人民、文化发展成果由人民共享。这指明了中国特色社会主义文化发展道路的发展方向、发展动力和发展目的及宗旨等重大问题。坚持文化发展以人为本,实现文化发展成果由人民共享,是中国特色社会主义文化发展道路的价值旨归。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that ＂to construct a social- ist powerful China, we must take the socialist cultural development way with Chinese characteristics＂. Insisting on the socialist cultural development way, we should take the satisfaction of people＇ s need as the starting and standing point and insist that the cultural development is for people and by people. The fruits of cultural develop- ment should be shared by people. This points out some key issues, such as the direction, motivation and purpose of the socialist cultural development way with Chinese characteristics. Adhering to the view that cultural develop- ment is people -oriented and realizing the goal that the fruits of cultural development are shared by people are the targets of the socialist cultural development way with Chinese characteristics.
