摘要
根据我国交叉口行人闯红灯的违章现象,从行为科学的角度来分析行人闯红灯的主要原因,并针对其违章原因提出以加强交通宣传与加大交通执法力度并举、大力实施智能交通和实行分时管理、在现有道路上增加人性化交通设施建设等为主要内容的改善方案,旨在为交通政策的制定和交通环境的改善提供对策。
Taking the illegal status of China intersection pedestrian red light running phenomenon as an example,and running from the perspective of behavioral science to analyze the main causes of pedestrian red light the causes of bus delay are analyzed.Given this,strengthen propaganda and increase traffic law enforcement measures,vigorously implement the intelligent traffic to promote the implementation of time management,the existing on the way to increase the construction of humanization transportation facilities,in order to provide the countermeasure of developing a transportation policy and improving the traffic environment provides.
